Step by step guide to Camel Pose (Ustrasana)

  • Take a yoga mat and knee down on the floor by keeping your feet parallel to each other. Rotate your thighs slightly inwards and don’t stiff your buttocks. Keep your outer hips relaxed and sit on the floor strongly.
  • Fix your hands on the buttock and try to spread your back pelvis with your hands. Lean back with your back and move your head in the backward direction.
  • Hold the position for few seconds according to your capability and release the body back to normal position. Repeat the process several times to become more flexible and healthy.
